As a Creative Director you will lead the overall creative direction, guiding and inspiring internal teams and agencies to concept and execute creative solutions that support Medica’s vision to be the trusted health plan of choice.You should be passionate about the business of building brands, fluent in emerging communications trends, and able to translate complex marketing strategies into bold, compelling, sophisticated creative concepts. You will own the brand identity and how it comes to life across the end to end omnichannel experience in support of members, providers, brokers, caregivers, employees and other external audiences. And you will contribute to a culture centered around creative and innovative thinking that elevates the experiences of those we serve.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or greater
10 years of Marketing Creative Experience required
- 6+ years creative direction experience
- 5+ years digital experience
- 3+ years healthcare experience
2-3+ years of people leadership experience with demonstrated ability to coach and mentor a creative team
Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in design, copy, photo/art direction and systems thinking
Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrated success articulating a vision and inspiring creativity up, down and across organizations
- Expert skill presenting concepts and ideas, the ability to persuade and engaging with all levels of management
- Strong collaborator with exceptional relationship building skills
