“Creative” means a bunch of different things at Rippe Keane Marketing: graphic design, video, photography, broadcast media, copywriting, external advertising, digital marketing, brand architecture – all of it. Unifying all of those things and turning out top-quality work for clients isn’t easy (two words; starts with “cluster”), so we’re looking for that rare Creative Director with a big-picture vision and the leadership to guide both internal and external creative talent. The winning candidate for this new position at one of Madison’s top marketing firms will be equally adept at getting down in the trenches (turning out great design work) and rising above the tactical (strategizing long-term creative and brand strategy).
