The Creative Manager will take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into images, layouts and other designs. The successful candidate should understand how marketing campaigns work, especially in the fast-casual restaurant sector. We work in a fast-paced environment, so the ideal Brand Manager will be able to hit the ground running as soon as we bring on a project. This position is based in the corporate office and reports to the VP of Marketing.

What will you be doing every day?

  • Create and design various materials for print, web, social media, eLearning and other digital mediums 
  • Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
  • Ability to take initiative and hunger to elevate all projects to a level of excellence
  • Maintain brand integrity and standards throughout all materials
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
  • Ability to shoot videography and photography
  • Perform retouching and manipulation of images and video
  • Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
  • Work on special events including the annual meeting and PR events
  • Management of uniform vendor and apparel program
  • Work on packaging and in-store artwork
  • Manage design work and team
  • Oversee Graphic Designer

What are we looking for?

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in graphic arts, design, or related field
  • 5+ years related experience
  • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, web, photography and videography
  • Working knowledge of photography and videography equipment
  • Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, After Effects, CSS, HTML, Illustrator, InDesign, Motion Graphics, Premiere Pro and other graphic design or eLearning software
  • Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
  • Strong analytical skills and a creative thinker
  • Excellent eye for detail
