Creative Operations Lead

Position Details:

Responsible for the day-to-day tasks of the Creative Operations team for Grainger Marketing. Develops, implements and optimizes creative processes and procedures across all channels. Contributes and helps establish, maintain and update guidelines, while understanding and enhancing and evaluating existing creative technology. Responsible for establishing and implementing Creative Operational Metrics, KPIs and providing training across marketing and to other business partners to ensure understanding and adoption. This role partners cross-functionally to ensure alignment and consistency across Marketing teams and external stakeholders.

You will report to the Director of Creative and GCAN Marketing.

You Will:

  • Establishes guidelines, playbooks, processes, procedures and KPIs for creative team informed by analysis and best practices. 
  • Manages the budget for the Creative and Brand team. sharing to leaders. 
  • Establishes and implements Creative Operations Metrics, while ensuring alignment and adoption by broader Grainger Marketing Organization. 
  • Creates and delivers necessary trainings to ensure marketing and external stakeholders are up to date and utilizing processes, procedures, technologies, and guidelines appropriately and consistently. 
  • Keeps up to date on best practices in Creative Technology space and ensures team members have access to the right tools and processes to do work effectively 
  • Responsible for building cross-functional partnerships through…to ensure creative metrics are aligned to the larger marketing and business goals.

You Have:

  • 5-7 years experience in creative marketing 
  • BA/BS/BFA required 
  • Experience leading projects cross-functionally and influencing at all levels of the organization in a multi-channel organization and/or agency. 
  • Experience leading and developing a team. 
  • Experience analyzing data to inform broader decisions and develop new marketing processes and procedures.
  •  Knowledge of business-to-business marketing methods
