Creative Project Manager

What the day will look like:

• Manage creative projects and design resource utilization through project management tool, with a regional focus 
• Manage all projects and timelines; provide regular updates to stakeholders; work closely with designers to ensure they have the information and resources needed to successfully complete work 
• Juggle multiple projects and timelines simultaneously, adapting actions to shifting priorities 
• Meet with internal clients to establish specific requirements of creative projects, as needed 
• Assist with project intake and validation of creative requests; support internal clients with development of creative briefs (request form entry), as needed; review briefs for missing items 
• Allocate projects to appropriate design team resource, assign and execute task workflows, and ensure task and project statuses are up-to-date for accurate reporting 
• Provide general oversight and QA/QC on project deliverables, to ensure timeliness and quality of deliverables

Skills and experience that will lead to success:

• Experience with creative deliverables, process, tools and technologies 
• Eagerness to understand brand and act as a steward for creative process 
• Organized, efficient and deadline-focused; understands the fluid nature of creative work, with fast turnarounds and evolving priorities 
• Proactive and energetic working attitude, positive approach to all communications and collaboration 
• Strong communication skills
