Creative Services Consultant

In this position, you would provide the design and strategic art direction required to produce comprehensive communications programs, which promote the Company’s products and services, associate programs and corporate culture. Provides leadership and assists in the development of brand standards and “best practice” workflow processes.

• Responsible for the creation and production of design communications 
• Develops concepts exhibiting strong creativity, technical skill and resourcefulness. Use of typography, imagery, color, etc. demonstrates a good understanding of target audience. 
• Serves as both production manager and personal producer on projects; handles large volumes of work concurrently; achieves quality control by ensuring all deadlines are met; appropriately manages defined and undefined budgets; and accurately reproduces the approved concept.
• Demonstrates the highest understanding of all facets of print production, utilizing the best available techniques and technology to meet project quality and cost objectives.
