Creative Services Director - Business Focused

The Creative Services Director will utilize a deep understanding of our business strategy, investor relations communication, our competitive landscape, customers insights, financial industry market dynamics, and business trends to synthesize and translate these into visually compelling stories and presentations. This individual will be responsible for designing, producing, and updating presentations for use with internal and external audiences while staying true to OneSpan messaging and upholding global brand standards in creating effective, dynamic, and well-thought-out presentations. This position is an individual contributor but will partner with senior leadership within the organization to understand and express their vision.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce high-quality, compelling messaging and positioning presentations for investor relations/events, employee communications, customer sales presentations, and ad-hoc design projects 
  • Develop presentations with a high attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy, quality, and a critical eye in terms of aesthetics 
  • Partner with marketing, product specialists, and senior leaders in the development of presentations that will be used across a broad range of audiences 
  • Develop, evolve, and maintain a consistent look and feel across all visual story decks 
  • Monitor workflow to ensure projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and within deadlines 
  • Share a fresh perspective on how we message, market, and communicate about our products


  • MBA preferred and/or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (Finance, Marketing, Communications, Design etc.) 
  • 7+ years of Practitioner/or consulting experience in innovation strategy, marketing, or advertising 
  • Ability to quickly learn company strategy and communicate information and data effectively with the use of animation, builds, as well as the creation of easy to understand charts, graphs, and diagrams 
  • Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Photoshop (or equivalent) 
  • Ability to make independent decisions in a fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong preference for candidate with investment communications experience
