Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for a CRM Marketing Manager in our Minneapolis office. This position will develop CRM strategies and solutions that encourage client retention and loyalty with an emphasis on client centricity and collaboration between business areas and the marketing team. In partnership with key stakeholders, develop and instill our CRM vision across the organization while serving as an enthusiastic advocate and ambassador for the tool in order to drive the most value.

Some things you can expect to do:

Adoption, Training & Communication

  • Ensure user adoption with key stakeholders and sustained use of the tool 
  • Become an expert in our business development and client relationship process and lead CRM trainings that support this work 
  • Lead CRM communications, including connecting users to new functionality, reminders for how to track business development activities, tips & tricks, etc. 
  • Create, document and maintain user reference guides and training

Marketing Optimization

  • Partner with marketing and digital teams to develop, execute and track strategies that engage existing clients and develop new leads 
  • Connect our CRM activities to our marketing KPIs and digital marketing tactics 
  • Measure effectiveness of campaigns and regularly communicate results to users through dashboards and reports. 
  • In partnership with users and with support from the Data Steward, manage the integrity of the marketing data

You will really stand out if:

  • You understand best practices to drive user adoption 
  • Have created and led communications for a wide range of users, from administrative to executive 
  • Deep experience developing training curriculum and conduct training sessions 
  • Knowledge of change management techniques 
  • Have experience working in Dynamics 365 
  • Bring knowledge of and/or experience in a broader marketing role is preferred
