As a member of the Marketing team the CRM Specialist is responsible for coordination, management and strategic planning related to the Marketing Department's CRM platforms and database (Legal360 and HubSpot). The CRM Specialist has oversight for practices, strategies and technologies that the firm uses to manage and analyze client interactions and data throughout the client lifecycle, with the goal of improving business relationships with clients, assisting in client retention and driving client engagement. This position oversees and implements marketing databases and coordinates the delivery of firm-generated content and marketing messages via electronic communication and other direct marketing mechanisms anddevelops strategy for targeted marketing deployments and campaigns and is responsible for subsequent data extraction/analysis, list or lead generation, and evaluating effectiveness of marketing campaigns. The CRM Specialist works in close coordination with other marketing team members, most notably those responsible for content generation, events and public relations/messaging, to develop and evolve overall marketing communications strategies and tactics. Ultimately this role relies on creative thinking, careful analysis and sound judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
