Responsibilities:

  • Identify consumer insights and needs, set consumer marketing objectives and strategies, and execute plans to drive consumer awareness and demand. 
  • Develop world-class, integrated marketing communications campaigns that can be executed across multiple channels and media. 
  • Manage all aspects and enables for the patient funnel to maximize response conversion and efficiency. 
  • Collaborate with sales and co-op marketing group to develop strategies and creative that generates consumer demand and leads for customers. 
  • Follow Campaign tracking measures and analyze response and conversion rates to identify key success factors and improve KPIs. 
  • Collaborate with Sonova e-Hearing Care (shared services/call center), establish business plan for leveraging including: Management of the call center including establishing KPIs and working collaboratively with SeHC team to develop practices to reach KPIs 
  • Optimize digital lead generation 
  • Generation of lead nurturing strategy, objectives, tactics, KPIs, and ability to track business impact/KPIs 
  • Manage media planning process and develop media mix recommendations to maximize effectiveness and efficiency of campaigns. Deliver KPI and ROI analyses to inform media mix and investment level. 
  • Become an expert in Lyric marketing analytics in order to monitor the performance of the business overall including critical patient funnel KPIs. 
  • Collaborate with Global/HQ demand generation, digital marketing group and brand marketing to ensure programs are globally applicable and adhere to brand standards. 
  • Any and all other undefined tasks, as directed by your supervisor 
  • Requires a sound understanding of marketing communications planning and best practices in identifying consumer needs, managing direct-to-consumer campaigns (including direct-response) such as direct mail, advertising, social media, search, pay per click, email campaigns, and co-op 
  • Working with customer at the local level on the development and execution of an annual marketing calendar managing the individual creative, list management, production and fulfillment of all tactics such as Direct Mail Campaigns, Newspaper Advertisements, Digital and In-office campaign support materials. 
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and assist in all facets of campaign development including creative proofing and invoicing. 
  • Ensure attention to detail and highest level of customer service and excellence

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 5+ years of consumer marketing experience 
  • Experience working in healthcare or medical device industry that markets products direct-to-consumers is highly desired 
  • Requires a sound understanding of marketing communications planning and best practices in identifying consumer needs, managing direct-to-consumer campaigns (including direct-response) such as direct mail, advertising, social media, search, pay per click, email campaigns, and co-op 
  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple groups/departments in order to accomplish objectives 
  • Attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities 
  • Experience in Salesforce.com, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat a plus
