Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Analyst. As an integral part of the pricing team at Kohler Energy, you will have the opportunity to contribute to data analysis projects and gain valuable experience in the energy solutions industry.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Price Analysis: Assist in analyzing market trends, competitor pricing, and cost structures to support pricing decisions. 
  • Data Entry and Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date pricing data in systems. Ensure data integrity and reliability for pricing analysis. 
  • Competitor Research: Conduct research on competitor pricing strategies and market dynamics to provide insights for decision-making. 
  • Pricing Strategy Support: Assist in the development and implementation of pricing strategies aligned with business goals. 
  • Data Modeling Support: Provide support in utilizing data modeling techniques to simulate and forecast the impact of different pricing scenarios. 
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance. 
  • Learning and Development: Stay updated on industry trends, pricing best practices, and tools to enhance pricing knowledge and skills.

Skills/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. 
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a willingness to learn and develop data analysis expertise. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to work with data. 
  • Some data analysis tools and programming languages experience (e.g., Python, R, SQL). 
  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset. 
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The salary range for this position is $57,700 - $72,100. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
