Demand Generation Manager

Reporting directly to our Director of Marketing, the Demand Generation Manager will collaborate closely with leaders and role players throughout the company, including sales, product and community enablement. This role will be an expert in established best-practice and emerging B2B marketing tactics, with a keen eye toward the development of tailored, integrated and top-notch product marketing content.

As a Demand Generation Manager at 1WorldSync, responsibilities include the following:

  • Own end-to-end development and management of 1WorldSync’s global outbound demand generation campaigns across channels (e.g., email, SEM, digital advertising, web, events.) including strategy, content planning, campaign setup, A/B testing, reporting, and optimization 
  • Partner with Product and Sales teams to develop and optimize campaigns according to the product roadmap and 1WorldSync’s revenue goals 
  • Collaborate with sales to establish, implement, and maintain lead-to-revenue processes aligned to business goals and GTM strategy 
  • In partnership with Revenue Operations Manager, actively monitor all campaign analytics and create appropriate reporting, communicating results effectively to the team with recommended actions for optimization 
  • In collaboration with Community Enablement team, execute supplier ramp campaigns and track progress toward revenue goals 
  • Own marketing prospect contact database, adhering to compliance guidelines, including GDPR and CCPA 
  • Leverage positioning, value propositions, and key messaging to be used in marketing campaigns and programs 
  • Work with creative services team to build high-quality content that is optimized and consistent with 1WorldSync’s brand and tone of voice

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 5-8 years global marketing operations and demand generation experience, with an emphasis on B2B

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to understand and translate business objectives into marketing goals, KPIs and technical requirements 
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make commercially impactful recommendations based on the data 
  • Creative approach to developing campaigns and strong verbal and written communications skills a must 
  • Strong ability to learn new products and solutions and translate value drivers to target audiences 
  • Strong experience with martech stack, including Marketo, Netsuite, Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics and more 
  • Management of budget and resource allocation to support success and efficiency 
  • Previous experience working across Marketing, Business Development and Sales to define and develop scalable business processes designed to drive revenue
