We have an opportunity for a Demand Marketing Analyst to join our New Brighton, MN team. You will be responsible for partnering closely with the Strategic Marketing Leaders and Product Managers to build integrated marketing communication (IMC) plans, go-to-market growth programs and lead generation initiatives and drive them through marketing execution.You will also be responsible for integrating promotional elements into marketing and maximizing communications channels to ensure the proper message is delivered to customers. This professional will report to the Residential Flow Strategic Marketing Manager and will partner closely with others for each project. This role will also work closely with the Product Management, Sales, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Channel Marketing teams.

You will:

  • Develop campaign plans for driving demand via delivery of go-to-market programs and managing cross-functional execution of plans through the marketing team. 
  • Build integrated marketing plans for campaigns and growth initiatives leveraging multiple levers to execute demand programs. 
  • Create new product development launch plans and execute successful releases 
  • Follow established process and implement best practices for campaign development & implementation, including accountability structure for stakeholders. 
  • Responsible for developing campaign value proposition, key messages, objectives, KPIs, target audiences, and demand generation channels 
  • Work closely with Content Marketing, Digital Marketing & Channel Marketing to ensure successful execution of plans 
  • Leverage customer insight data to refine integrated marketing communication plans. 
  • Identify media outlets, agencies and partners for paid media channels and campaigns. 
  • Develop and implement media planning, buying, and innovation strategies. 
  • Measure success of various marketing campaigns and adjust tactics as needed. 
  • Help promote uniformity and consistency of brand. 
  • Monitor and manage expenses within allotted marketing budget 
  • Participate in sales meetings, kaizen events, etc. that require industry knowledge as an input for success 
  • Participates in marketing team discussions to ensure strategies and activities are aligned with vertical market plans. 
  • Performs other duties as required

Key Qualifications:

  • BS or BA degree in business or marketing, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. 
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience, business knowledge and financial acumen. 
  • Some interdisciplinary marketing experience – know how all functions of a successful marketing team need to operate. 
  • Demonstrated marketing experience supporting new product launches and other types of demand activity. 
  • Demonstrated campaign planning and execution in a multi-channel environment (OEM, dealers, distributors, retailers, consumers, etc) preferred. 
  • Demonstrated project management experience preferred. 
  • Prior Agency experience desirable. 
  • Demonstrated track record in successfully completing projects in a dynamic environment. 
  • Team leader instincts as well as a team player. 
  • Some knowledge of pump and/or water industry is helpful but not required.

Travel: 10-25% travel required.
