The Designer I is responsible for collaborating with creative teams to elevate the design and visual language across all Life Time brands. They will be comfortable handling multiple projects while effectively managing timelines and expectations, re-prioritizing when needed, communicating progress along the way, and delivering on deadlines.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develops graphics for product illustrations, logos and websites 
  • Collaborates with internal and external members of the team 
  • Creates images that identify a product or convey a message 
  • Selects colors, images, text style, and layout 
  • Presents the design to clients with the guidance of your Creative Director

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field 
  • 1 to 2 years of design experience (agency or in-house experience) 
  • Expert knowledge of Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign 
  • Ability communicate and collaborate with UX designers and developers 
  • Strong technical aptitude
