As an integral part of the College development team, this position has the primary responsibilities of supporting efforts to increase philanthropic support of the College, managing the scholarship program, and engaging College alumni. The Development and Alumni Relations Coordinator will provide extraordinary service to all College donors, student, alumni, and friends.

Bachelor's degree in a related field required. Must demonstrate knowledge and skills in fundraising and donor relations and be knowledgeable about the regional community. Experience in utilizing fundraising data systems is required. Knowledge of annual and capital campaigns, planned giving and event management is preferred. Must possess strong communication skills, to include technical and creative writing and attention to detail. Flexibility, ability to work well under pressure, strong organizational skills and initiative required.

A minimum of two years experience in fundraising and/or donor relations role, with previous experience in higher education is preferred. Alumni relations experience is recommended.
