The Digital Account Management team is charged with ensuring a strategic and successful execution, to the highest level of client satisfaction, across our full digital product suite including the latest podcast, audio, social, video, display media, & custom tactics.

iHeartMedia is looking for a highly motivated Digital Account Coordinator to join the team and bring a positive attitude and a curiosity to learn. Account Coordinators are responsible for assisting with campaign management and working with other members of the Account Management team to achieve maximum client value/satisfaction. The role will work with both internal contacts as well as clients to make sure all commitments are delivered through both the iHeartMedia & client vision. This will include: providing day-to-day support to Account Managers, assisting with project management of campaigns, monitoring campaign pacing and delivery, contributing to comprehensive wrap reports, and focusing on client success through launch and execution.

The ideal candidate should have some knowledge and experience of the digital media space and are expected to excel in relationship building, have strong project management skills, a meticulous attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast moving and challenging environment. The Account Coordinator position is the first step towards an Account Manager role, and there is opportunity for growth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide day to day support for a team focused on maintaining excellent relationships with media agencies and clients by providing outstanding campaign management, client service, intelligent updates and campaign wrap up reports. 
  • Support campaigns with a details-oriented project management approach to keep cross platform deliverables aligned. 
  • Assist with timelines, asset trackers, internal communications, weekly client status calls, pacing/delivery trackers and campaign recap materials 
  • Assist in bringing to life custom programs including but not limited to podcasts, influencer campaigns, video content capture, sweepstakes, events, and on-site social activations.
  • Collaborate with billing team monthly to ensure reconciling billing in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to regular reporting on campaign wins & learnings and gather proof of performance for assigned campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3+ years of full-time work experience, preferably in a project management and/or client services role 
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills 
  • Interest in media, technologies, and a desire to keep informed of new trends 
  • Professional maturity, integrity, discipline, and a positive attitude 
  • Strong project and portfolio management skills 
  • Ability to prioritize duties and meet deadlines 
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat and more) 
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail 
  • Strong analytical skills: must have a demonstrated track record of excellence in analytics, either via past work experience and/ or successful completion of analytic coursework 
  • Experience using presentation software programs, such as Powerpoint 
  • High degree of stress tolerance; ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment; maintains composure when faced with difficult situations and personalities 
  • Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and take initiative to solve problems as they arise

Nice to have:

  • Previous media/agency industry experience 
  • Expert use of Facebook ads, Twitter ads, or other RTB media buying and optimization tools 
  • Good understanding of web technologies (pixels, html, javascript) 
  • Experience building presentations and presenting in front of a group of people (whether internal or in front of clients)
