The KW2 digital crew is looking for a digital account coordinator who knows the workflow, programming speak and all of the twists and turns website application work can take. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Discovery

  • Attend intake client meetings as determined by Digital Manager and UX Designer
  • Take detailed intake notes on what transpires at client meetings
  • Write Project Management work plan
  • Work with Traffic to create project calendar
  • Help gather support data for Discovery Key Findings document

Content Strategy

  • Attend and contribute to Content Strategy meeting with client
  • Provide content input at working meeting with UX Designer
  • Prepare final Content Strategy document to team for presenting to Client

Planning

  • Write Project Brief that leads Planning kickoff meeting with internal digital team (UX Designer or Account Manager will review before kickoff)
  • Provide input on planning documents: sitemap, wireframes
  • Write Project Change Orders based on client feedback received on planning documents
  • Identify when a change in scope has occurred and document that to Digital Manager and Client.

Design

  • Write Project Brief that kicks off Design Phase
  • Set up presentations for Client Review
  • Attend and provide input on design concepting review meetings
  • Write all Project Change Orders pertaining to design

Programming

  • Upload all planning, design and content files to Basecamp once approved
  • Co-lead programming kickoff with UX Designer + UX Designer
  • Add programmer milestones to Programmer Project
  • Setup check-in meetings with Programmer
  • Take notes and write status reports during each programmer check-in
  • Follow up on any needs from KW2 or client in a timely manner – keep a running checklist of action items, putting priority on items that may delay launch
  • Weekly meeting with Account Manager or UX Designer to keep client leader up to speed on issues, progress and needed action

CMS Training

  • Write CMS training documentation for Client training session
  • Make revisions to CMS training document after site launch

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Passion for digital category
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • An understanding of branding and marketing considerations and their impact on the website user experience
  • Must have a strong understanding of current web trends and technologies
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time is crucial to success

Previous content management system (CMS) knowledge will help in the consideration of your application:  Drupal, SilverStripe, WordPress, Craft, Dot Net Nuke.
