Digital Account Executive
Southeast Wisconsin
Milwaukee, WI

The main role of the Digital Account Executive is to help grow the WaterStreet Creative portfolio by bringing in new clients and maintaining client relationships. The ideal candidate for this role can recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships. This person will be an active listener who can communicate directly with prospects and clients, understand their individual needs, and recommend products or services that maximize value. This person will be well versed in all the WaterStreet Creative capabilities and think critically on how to best solve problems for clients. The Digital Account Executive will work in collaboration with the marketing team to develop and execute effective strategies for existing clients and look for opportunities for growth. This person should be an adaptable, knowledgeable, multi-tasker with strong computer and communication skills.

To succeed at this role, this candidate will be an excellent communicator with prospects and clients as well as with the WaterStreet team. This person will also be highly organized to assist in project management and project execution.


  • Prospect for new business clients 
  • Consult with businesses and organizations to develop creative solutions for their digital marketing needs 
  • Strategize campaigns with the team and develop digital marketing proposals 
  • Conduct meetings with clients to present developed materials. Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and software to recommend the best marketing solutions to prospects 
  • Sell an array of digital advertising and digital marketing services including, but not limited to: Digital Reporting & Analysis, Digital Strategy Services, Digital Content Services like Newsletters, Blogs Posts and Video Shoots. Sell Online Ad Programs, Native Posts, Social Media Posts, SEO Management, Video Content, Geo-targeted and Programmatic advertising.


  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business or related field  
  • Two years experience in sales, marketing project management and account coordination preferred
  • Must be able to work Independently 
  • Be highly motivated and like to win Have strong communication and diplomatic skills 
  • Be organized and have the ability to meet deadlines in a high paced environment 
  • Enjoy developing creative solutions for clients 
  • Ability to close sales 
  • Google AdWords Certification a plus 
  • Computer skills, especially MS Office and CRM software.
