Responsibilities include:

  • Strategically develop comprehensive project plans and present them to clients. This may include the development of objectives (strategic targets and goals), the estimate of scope and reach, the estimate of team availability and resources and possibly outside vendors as appropriate, the preparation and presentation of proposals, the determination of launch date, and strategic implementation of a ROI plan; accurately estimate time lines for each step of the project and final delivery date; assign team
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategy for online advertising and promotional campaigns, as necessary, ensuring client needs and expectations are met or exceeded
  • Develop project budgets by conferring with client, agency account personnel, creative, development and production department to select proper elements and estimate costs
  • Monitor client’s annual budget and make recommendations to agency and client on how to best use allocated dollars;
  • Responsible for financial performance; Has “bottom-line” accountability on accounts
  • Set objectives in all phases of client needs, working closely with, and integrating, all agency departments;
  • Serve as representative for Interactive Branding Department when dealing with internal departments
  • Oversee development and strategic planning of special projects, always ensuring effective “branding” of the client and their product
  • Evaluate effectiveness of programs utilizing sales and marketing information, research and client input
  • Generate client growth by pro-actively directing development of new projects and recommendations for consideration
  • Cultivate new clients and successfully sell the services of the agency
  • Oversee or assist with team development; provide mentorship and opportunities to team members; assist with their professional development plans and help them reach their full potential while providing an enriched, fun, professional environment
  • Responsible for high-level clients and other professionals; Constantly communicate, contacting them as frequently as necessary to ensure an excellent working relationship
  • Critical strategic components also include team effort in the areas of project management, community-building, SEO, online media planning, and ongoing analytics, all based on strategies which fundamentally enhance our clients' brands and build their businesses.
  • The scope of this role spans proposals, strategy discovery and development, and project & team consultation and leadership.

Requirements include:

  • Web and e-commerce solutions experience and "solution-selling" expertise;
  • Strategic analysis and ROI Justification experience desired
  • Background may include 5+ years project management and delivery experience for new media or interactive projects; 3+ years experience in a business environment performing extensive analysis and strategic planning
  • Ability to perform and lead others through analysis, design, and system test activities
  • Educational background in Business, Economics, Communications or Marketing with some technical exposure or equivalent experience within this discipline is necessary for this senior-level position
  • Professional manner with strong leadership and demonstrated managerial skills, strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven, dynamic team-leadership experience
  • Ability to identify talent within team and provide advantageous mentoring experiences in order to enhance their development
  • Excellent organizational skills, along with excellent written and oral presentation skills;
  • Developed understanding of financials, including the creation of budgets
  • Demonstrated ability to grow clients organically;
  • Zeal for new business mining
  • Work well under deadlines, meeting timelines and expectations of each job
