Your Opportunity:

Taylor Corporation is seeking a highly creative Digital Advertising Specialist to join our Marketing Center of Excellence team.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Executes and monitors performance for all paid digital campaigns 
  • Reports campaign results to marketing leadership and stakeholders 
  • Sets up A/B and other marketing tests to ensure continual campaign success 
  • Ensures conversion tracking and reporting metrics are in place for all campaigns 
  • Works closely with developers and MarTech teams to ensure that the appropriate data flows between different marketing tools and platforms 
  • Assists the Director of Digital Marketing and ABX Team in strategizing digital ad campaigns 
  • Develops marketing strategies and marketing plans to support and achieve business goals 
  • Prepares paid advertising performance reports and dashboards 
  • Provides ongoing campaign management to ensure optimal performance and delivery of digital ad campaigns 
  • Learns the target market and their needs and strategizes ad campaigns to deliver value to business prospects 
  • Works closely and collaboratively with other internal teams including digital marketing, brand and innovation, ABX, business unit leadership, sales and sales leadership 
  • Delivers training and tools to copywriting, UX/UI, and videography teams to help them produce highly effective ad collateral 
  • Keeps current on project status; makes sure people are aware of project status and what they need to do to keep things moving; elevates project concerns to senior levels of leadership when appropriate 
  • Establishes positive and collaborative relationships across departments that are strategically aligned with digital ad goals 
  • Provides high level direction to team members in the development of digital marketing assets 
  • Performs other duties as assigned

You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university with a concentration in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field plus 2-5 years of progressive professional experience in a Digital Ads, Paid Media, or digital marketing role 
  • Possess a consultative mindset that promotes creativity, effectiveness in appealing to customers, efficiency and revenue growth 
  • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple activities and shifting priorities under tight timeframes, handle frequent interruptions, and refocus efforts as needed based on changing priorities 
  • Hands-on experience in executing paid digital media campaigns across a variety of platforms 
  • Proven experience in managing digital ad campaigns that convert target segments into leads 
  • Familiarity with objective-based and data-driven digital marketing best practices and how to measure and optimize campaign performance, establish benchmarks, and make strategic recommendations for future campaigns

Prior experience and expertise with the following technologies is highly preferred -

  • Google Marketing Platform 
  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager 
  • Meta Business Suite 
  • HubSpot
