This role will successfully create holistic reports and dashboards that will drive insights into HHT digital marketing tactics, improve website user experiences, and inform testing experiments. It will also be responsible for tracking requirements documentation, implementation, and testing/validation (in collaboration with internal and external resources).

What you will do:

  • Support the needs of the business by creating digital marketing reports and dashboards utilizing multiple data sources including Google Analytics, Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Social Media Platforms. 
  • Use standard data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Google Data Studio to produce dashboards that meet the requirements of the business. Create monthly and quarterly reports and insights utilizing these tools. 
  • Analyze reports and dashboards and provide insights that drive fundamental improvements to the user experience and increase conversion rates. 
  • Develop business requirements and document tracking needs. 
  • Document existing tracking methodologies and provide recommendations for improving those processes. 
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners such as marketing agencies to assist with data collection, reporting, tracking implementation, testing, and validation. Identify gaps in data collection methodology and collaboratively implement enhancements. 
  • Responsible for integrity of data collected to ensure that reporting remains consistent and meaningful. 
  • Actively participate in cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with team members to achieve and measure project success. 
  • Develop effective and persuasive communications/presentations for project teams and business leaders.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 
  • 3 or more years of experience working with standard analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics 
  • Mid-level expertise with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Google Data Studio 
  • Mid-level expertise in Paid Search, SEO, and Social Media strategies and a minimum of 2 years of experience measuring the performance of digital marketing tactics and campaigns. 
  • Basic understanding of measuring performance of ecommerce campaigns 
  • Basic understanding of outline, measuring and reporting on digital tests for optimization 
  • Basic understanding of front-end web development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) 
  • Mid-level expertise with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint 
  • An understanding of the data flow from data layer through Google Tag Manager to Google Analytics and how to identify tagging inconsistencies 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of end users and technical resources
