In this fast-paced role, you will create, design, and maintain dynamic marketing collateral and support the overall sales and marketing initiatives for our clients brands and websites. We are primarily remote. As we grow, we will most likely be moving into a central location between Delafield and Milwaukee.

Top contenders for this position will have a strong grasp of composition and layout with the ability to take creative direction and run with it. A successful candidate can become intimately familiar with the design aesthetic for multiple clients while working within brand standards.

Website Development – 40% - No coding required

  1. Creates, edits, designs, and produces websites based on our structure for our recurring automotive detailing clients. 
  2. No code design experience neccessary. 
  3. HTML/WordPress experience is a plus, but is not needed. Our website structure creation is based on appearance and style combined with our SEO writing abilities. Our system makes proper adjustments and lets designers be creative. 
  4. Ability to follow proper SEO technique and be trained on additional methods to get websites into a proper ranking foundation.
  5. Collaborates with marketing and communications team with ideas for creative strategies, web design/layout, to support marketing campaigns and storytelling of 8bitcreative initiatives.

Graphic Design – 40%

  1. Create design solutions for ads, social assets, newsletters, blogs and web assets.
  2. Ability to concept and create designs based on goals and strategies set forth by our national clients.
  3. Work with the project management and art director regularly.
  4. Work simultaneously on projects of wide varying design requirements.
  5. Knowledgeable in file output and preparation for print or web.

 Awesome Sauce - 20%

  1. Yes, you have to be made of an awesome character. We have meetings that include brainstorming and concepting and we are looking for someone who enjoys participation.
  2. Bringing initiative and unique perspectives. We want to be the best in the industry, the only to get there is to challenge ourselves.
  3. Deadline driven.
  4. If you like any skills such as photography, videography, editing, strategy, or SEO experience, please let us know. Candidates who favor other types of work will be put in a position to excel in what they enjoy.
  5. Into cars or detailing by chance? That is our primary niche of awesome work.
  • Efficient and knowledgeble in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro DC, InDesign and Lightroom. 
  • Two to four years of experience in website deisgn. Self starter that detail oriented and deadline driven. 
  • Remote opportunity currently with the intention to be centrally located by Summer 2022 in Waukesha County.
  • In-office contribution will be required 3 days of the week, with the balance being able to be spent remotely. 
  • Prior social media and/or marketing experience is a bonus.
