Join Link Snacks, Inc. as a dynamic Digital and Social Media Graphic Designer to work as part our Marketing Creative Services team to support and steward all Links Snacks brands in the ecommerce and Social Media space. This role will focus on digitally-oriented graphic design and graphic production for a range of projects for use across our ecommerce and social media platforms

As a Digital and Social Media Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for delivering effective, on-brand and on-strategy creative for ecommerce, social media graphics and other assets for use in the digital space (website, email promotional creative, etc.). Working under the direction of a Creative Services Manager,you will take ownership of design development to create digital marketing assets that will drive results! You will be accountable for being a steward of the brand guidelines and company values. Specifically, you will work across these areas:

  • Digital Graphic Design – Create and design original digitally-focused content in collaboration with our social media and ecommerce marketing teams. As part of our internal Creative Services team, you will collaborate with our external creative agencies and internal teams to create shareable content and creative designs that will drive engagement and growth.
  • Brand & Strategy Adherence - Translate brand positioning, existing research, and omnichannel marketing strategies into effective designs. Ensure consistency of brand and creative across digital consumer touch points.
  • Graphic Production – Follow specifications for precise mechanical file work. Contribute and lead revisions to improve existing assets. Photo re-touching and editing. Image cropping and re-sizing.
  • Asset Execution – Responsible for facilitating revisions and feedback from internal and external cross-functional partners. Work collaboratively to effectively communicate marketing initiatives and design project status as part of a service-orientated function. Collaborate with design agency partners and freelancers.
  • Content Management – Responsible for archiving final files within established guardrails. Work with necessary teams to oversee smooth implementation of new content.
  • Planning and Management - Responsibly meet established deadlines, manage, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. Work collaboratively as a member of the marketing team and cross-functionally to ensure all designs align with brand guidelines. Assist in the development of the Creative Services team to achieve goals and objectives.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Design, Graphic Design, or related field 
  • Three+ years digital design work experience 
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design work 
  • Team player with a positive attitude, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a client-centered approach to work 
  • The ability to work independently and see projects through to completion. 
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of personal accountability 
  • Excellent time management skills 
  • Demonstrated proficiency using technology and a wide variety of software applications on a mac-based platform, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and Acrobat) and Microsoft Office, (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint). 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Creative problem-solver with an eye for detail. 
  • Keen eye for color, fonts, trends, and engaging visual storytelling who has a solid understanding of brand identity systems 
  • Willingness to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment 
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Willingness to be hands-on, as well as look at the big picture

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Photography experience (Photography, Layout, Composition and Lighting) 
  • Advanced typography skills 
  • CPG industry experience 
  • Proficiency with Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro desired. 
  • Experience with front-end web design, motion graphics, and video production is preferred. 
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Workfront workflow management system highly desired 
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and coding for email and email design best practices a plus 
  • Cinema 4D experience a plus
