High energy individual with a combination of SEO/SEM and social media skills.  Ability to assist in converting search engine and web visits to leads, while positively influencing and monitoring CUW's image and online brand presence.  Experience working in a digital agency or primarily on digital projects in traditional agency or position. 

Responsibilities

  • keyword analysis, research & copywriting;
  • review and analyze client sites for areas that need improvement and/or revamping;
  • conduct keyword research based on best practices;
  • responsible for creating original SEO content/SEO copywriting;
  • plan and executive online marketing & social media program;
  • other related duties as assigned.

Knowledge, skills and abilities

  • ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision;
  • ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously;
  • excellent organizational abilities, professional written and oral communication skills;
  • understand mobile design and multichannel design philosophy (preferred);
  • knowledge and skill in using features such as Google Adwords, Yahoo Search and MSN Adcenter;
  • knowledge of internet and current technologies which include Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+, etc.;
  • knowledge and ability to create reports using digital marketing metrics including WebTrends, Omniture, Google WebMaster;
  • must be available some evenings and weekends as needed.

Education, experience and training

  • A Bachelor's Degree in marketing, ecommerce or business communications or a closely related field is required. 
  • 3 or more years of experience in web or digital marketing programs required.
