MorganMyers (MM) is in search of a digital marketing professional with a passion for the ever changing world of digital marketing and social media. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategic, cross-channel digital and social marketing programs for the company as well as their clients. The ideal candidate will have prior social media consumer engagement and content development experience and have strong writing skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Enhance digital presence through social strategies that align with business goals of MM and our clients 
  • Develop and implement interactive strategies and emerging technologies to increase digital presence and drive traffic for MM and our clients 
  • Develop and maintain editorial calendars of engaging content for social channels 
  • Create, manage and publish content for MM and clients across social media platforms
  • Measure KPIs, generate insights, and provide recommendations for go-forward strategy 
  • Leverage social listening capabilities to understand online conversations to develop meaningful opportunities for content on key platforms 
  • Lead social media community management efforts engaging with audiences, tracking analytics and monitoring conversations for MM and clients 
  • Create, implement & test social ad campaigns to continually improve key metrics (clicks, leads, conversions) across campaigns 
  • Assist with maintaining content and building pages on MM and client websites 
  • Monitor trends and keep up-to-date with best practices in writing for the web, social media trends and business/industry trends 
  • Bring innovative ideas and recommendations to ensure the our client’s digital programs remain modern, relevant and progressive 
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Director of Digital Strategy

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing with 2-4 years digital experience preferred 
  • Experience with social media content development, publishing and reporting platforms and proven knowledge of best practices 
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) 
  • Previous experience with Sprout Social, Social Studio, Hubspot a plus 
  • Excellent organizational abilities, utilizing personal skills, other people and material resources to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks independently 
  • Effective time management and strong organizational skills 
  • Extreme attention to detail 
  • Strong creative writing skills 
  • Self-confident and takes pride in high quality work 
  • Respect for and support of other team members 
  • Driven and motivated
