Digital Campaign Coordinator

Hiebing is seeking a Campaign Coordinator to play an integral part of an advertising campaign’s journey. This position would work directly with multiple internal teams, clients and external vendors to deliver flawless execution of digital media campaigns. Collaborating with our media planning and buying teams, this individual helps ensure campaigns are built and trafficked correctly.To thrive in this role, you must work well with people, be comfortable using data and making data-driven decisions, have a well-rounded web and business skillset, and be willing to jump in and work hard.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure campaign tracking meets client objectives and ad specifications 
  • Implement third-party tags/pixels using Google Tag Manager or other custom methods as necessary 
  • Be the point of contact for internal teams on trafficking technology and implementation
  • Document technical specifications, including rich media creative, needed to support the media buy and the business needs 
  • Work with the digital team to implement any necessary custom programming for conversion or event tracking on websites 
  • Traffic all digital media materials to necessary third parties and external vendors 
  • Test and troubleshoot tag implementation to ensure accuracies for tracking metrics and reporting; communicating with external vendors 
  • Ensure campaigns are live and running in accordance with tactics and executing as expected
  • Proactively catch potential issues or identify concerns early on in trafficking process 
  • Assist with trafficking TV, radio, magazine and newspaper ads to external vendors 
  • Stay up to speed on ad-serving technology, including digital media best practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint 
  • Hands-on experience using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (GTM) 
  • Familiarity third-party ad servers, such as Sizmek, DCM or others preferred 
  • Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS and JavaScript) 
  • Basic web troubleshooting skills using browser inspector tools or developer tools preferred
  • General web content management systems (CMS) knowledge a plus, but not required 
  • Bachelors in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics or related field preferred
  • Understanding of the online advertising industry is preferred 
  • Experience trafficking TV, radio and print to vendors, a plus 
  • Must be detail-oriented, exceptionally organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced work environment 
  • Proven time management, task prioritization and problem-solving skills 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Self-motivated, proactive and curious 
  • Able to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
