SUMMARY:

Southport is looking for a self-motivated, energetic, and creative Digital Communication Coordinator. This position will be responsible for managing and analyzing the effectiveness of media campaigns and digital presence. This person will create engaging content to publish on our various social media platforms, that highlights the company’s various services and other marketing requirements. This person will have excellent communication and technical skills, especially in utilizing software tools and programs to design attractive content that would engage our targeted audience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Create an overall marketing campaign strategy, execution, and implementation. Then measure the return on investment of various marketing methods. 
  • Develop marketing communications materials to publish on our various social media platforms, ensuring they support our various services and our organization. 
  • Create marketing communications, and graphically design various marketing materials such as brochures, emails, customer newsletters, text messages to customers, and all other customer communications needed 
  • Review efficiency, value and impact of marketing initiatives and make recommendations on potential improvements. 
  • Connect with existing and future customers by responding to their inquiries, requests, and acknowledging any customer concerns. 
  • Respond to all website inquires and submission forms. 
  • Maintain all our Google requests 
  • Manage and set up all follow-up campaigns in our service software, Service Titan. 
  • Respond to customer reviews on Google and all social media platforms 
  • Manage our service customer portals 
  • Own and manage our work order company email address 
  • Lead marketing campaign strategy, execution, and implementation 
  • Respond to Google my Business requests within a minute 
  • Keep our Local Service Ads updated 
  • Perform all other duties assigned to this role
  • Bachelor’s degree or a 2-year degree in Marketing, or another related field 
  • 1+ years of related experience 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Must have creative problem-solving skills and knowledge of design techniques 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Willingness to learn and grow 
  • Ability to work in a team environment and fast-paced environment
