As part of the HSA Bank Marketing team, the Digital Communications Specialist is responsible for developing customer-focused digital content for social media platforms, websites, e-newsletters, videos, and webinars that contribute to lead generation, client acquisition, and employer and accountholder retention efforts.

  • Writing and designing engaging content across social media platforms 
  • Curating and executing on social content calendar and innovative social campaigns 
  • Serving as in-house social media expert and provides online reporting/metrics for initiatives 
  • Developing clear and relevant copy for web pages to drive desired behaviors 
  • Producing educational webinars & short videos for a variety of audiences 
  • May research and coordinate social influencer programs 
  • Supports other internal/external digital communications efforts and duties as assigned
  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Statistics and/or other related degrees 
  • Passionate about social media with 2-4+ years professional social media experience 
  • Strong knowledge of Sprout Social and social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and LinkedIn 
  • Excellent time-management, multitasking and organizational skills 
  • Financial and/or healthcare background is preferred, but not required
