TPT is currently seeking a Digital Content and Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing Marketing Team. This individual will manage and execute the creative and production/deployment process of email marketing campaigns, as well as handling many of the content updates on our flagship website, Our Digital Content and Email Marketing Specialist will possess the drive and audience focus needed to drive awareness and consumption of our products and services. The position performs daily tasks, including building and deploying promotional emails, campaign tests and deployment, maintaining show pages on, and email and web page copywriting.


  • Write, manage, and execute email function within marketing team. Prioritize email marketing projects and campaigns and acts as project manager. 
  • Create marketing email goals, strategies and objectives. 
  • Coordinate monthly email campaign schedule across the organization 
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to plan, write and manage the creation of email and website content as part of overall campaign goals and objectives 
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and copy editors to optimize the design, content, targeting & messaging of email communications and landing pages 
  • Prepare Photoshop files as required, slicing/resizing images 
  • Incorporate results & insights data analysis to improve email marketing communications 
  • Build and A/B test new email messaging and landing pages to improve campaign performance 
  • Owns and defines email success metrics and/or KPIs including progressive milestones and benchmarks. 
  • Analyze, develop, apply insights and innovate in order to improve TPT’s email performance. 
  • Create email best practices, processes, and procedures. 
  • Stay current on email related trends and emerging technology. 
  • Update show pages, homepage heroes and additional landing pages on 
  • Develop and draft ideas for relevant website content intended for email audiences 
  • Other duties, as assigned

Required Experience:

  • 2-5 years experience with email marketing 
  • 2-5 years of previous experience with ESPs such as ExactTarget or Mailchimp 
  • 2-5 years of experience with marketing automation tools (e.g. RedPoint, Eloqua, Marketo, Hubspot) preferred 
  • 1-3 years experience with Wordpress or other CMS tool preferred 
  • 1-3 years experience with EventBrite preferred 
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator) preferred

Preferred Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, ecommerce or related field required 
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with HTML required, experience with CSS 
  • Experience with Google Analytics preferred
  • 5+ years experience with email marketing 
  • 5+ years experience with ESPs 
  • 5+ years of marketing automation

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong writing skills in various styles required 
  • Exceptional attention to detail. 
  • Must have strong organizational skills, demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, work independently, and the ability to meet deadlines for time sensitive assignments. 
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (e.g. PowerPoint, Word, Excel) required 
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time at the computer; job requires heavy concentration. 
  • Available occasional evenings and weekends to support TPT’s marketing team. 
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across a wide range of groups, functions and leadership levels. 
  • Strong project management skills using team processes and project management software.
  • Demonstrated ability to embrace constructive feedback and utilize that feedback to improve work. 
  • Must be highly detailed, organized, deadline-oriented, consistent and adaptable to rapidly changing environment. 
  • Positive attitude, “can do” attitude. 
  • Ability to travel to locations in the greater metro area on a frequent basis and pass background check for driving. 
  • Occasional travel out of the state
  • HYBRID workplace 
  • $60-65K Starting Salary depending on qualifications
