Then we have an opportunity for you!We are searching for a Digital Content Manager for Hefty® and Reynolds® brands located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

Your Role:

As a Digital Content Manager on our dynamic eCommerce team, you will play a key role in developing, managing, and syndicating best-in-class digital content to support the explosive growth across our eCommerce channels and brand websites. The art of brand storytelling and the science of the technical digital landscape meet in this unique role. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Build compelling consumer experiences to drive engagement by developing eye-catching brand imagery, videos and copy that meets e-retailer requirements 
  • Collaborate with brand teams to ensure messaging is consistent across digital touchpoints 
  • Analyze digital shelf analytics to develop strategic optimization recommendations across the product catalog 
  • Lead test & learn content projects to continually improve performance and keep Reynolds Consumer Products at the forefront of new trends and opportunities 
  • Manage syndication of content to key accounts, troubleshooting issues and developing process improvements with cross-functional teams 
  • Manage digital assets (uploading, tagging, etc.) via content management tools 
  • Manage brand website content & web development projects 
  • Drive adoption of new marketing technology within the organization to advance omnichannel excellence

We need you to have:

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field 
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or advertising, working with cross-functional teams 
  • Strong copywriting & project management skills 
  • Experience effectively leading content production with agencies, with a proven record of delivering assets on time and on budget 
  • Passion for the evolving digital landscape and an interest in learning new technologies

Icing on the cake:

  • Prior experience at a large CPG organization or agency 
  • Experience working in eCommerce roles developed and managed content for top e-retailers, such as Amazon, Walmart.com, Target.com, Instacart, etc. 
  • Experience managing website development projects with agencies 
  • Experience with content management systems, digital asset management systems and product information systems (Salsify/Syndigo)
