Digital Content Specialist - Video Emphasis
Southeast Wisconsin
Milwaukee, WI

Assist the Director of Advertising and Advertising Department in the development, planning, coordination, and execution of Hatco’s video production and social media strategies.

  1. Research, coordinate, shoot, produce, edit, and publish original, high-quality short- and long-form video content, performing all aspects of pre-production, production and post-production.
  2. Work and communicate effectively with internal teams on video projects to understand goals and objectives
  3. Develop, implement, and manage effective social media campaigns to increase engagement, reach, and brand awareness.
  4. Use competitive research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification for collaborating on and executing campaigns.
  5. Working with Advertising Department to manage production of all social media content, including writing copy, developing graphics, and shooting/producing videos.
  6. Regularly measure and monitor social channels – including posting, commenting, and responding to customers – and report on social media effectiveness using analytic tools.
  7. Keep up with the latest social media trends and platforms and assess whether our brand can and should use them.
  • A team player who is a self-motivated, accurate, organized, multi-tasking individual in a fast-paced environment with good communication/human relation skills.
  • Proficient PC experience with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, After Effects, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
  • Proficient experience with video production and social media platforms.
