The Digital Content Specialist is an integral member of the Interactive Marketing team whose key role is to control and update content on CambriaUSA.com utilizing our Wordpress CMS platform, Widen DAM, A/B testing software and other key integrations. The role interfaces with the entire marketing department and therefore requires excellent organization, communication and prioritization skills. Familiarity with the brand and/or the building materials industry for both consumer and professional audiences is preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work within our project management platform to intake, help prioritize and complete content updates to the website as well as contributing platforms such as our DAM. 
  • Assist with quality assurance of new website features as well as troubleshooting issues 
  • Work with our IT partners to help prioritize and manage feature rollouts and software updates with minimal disruption to customer experience. 
  • Support content development as well as creative asset updates to other digital properties (kiosks, CampCambria.org, etc).

Requirements:

  • Strong interest or familiarity in digital content management systems such as Wordpress as well as digital asset management, project management and Agile development/issues tracking. 
  • Familiarity with SEO, especially as it relates to content development and website architecture. 
  • Some familiarity with HTML and CSS to layout content to brand style guidelines. 
  • Ability to interpret data and identify results that help optimize current content and inform future content development plans.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Experience: Two years of previous experience, Prior knowledge of the brand and/or the building materials industry is a plus.
  • Systems: Wordpress CMS, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Workfront or Google Suites
  • Travel Requirements: Limited travel regionally and nationally
  • Physical Requirements: Office position requiring telephone and computer use. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds for displays, samples and other marketing materials
