Responsibilities:
Partner with account team to scope and pitch strategic client solutions
Develop marketing plans that outline multi-channel strategies based on client goals and audience needs
Execute and optimize marketing plans by:
- Facilitating client discovery sessions and interviewing key client stakeholders
- Conducting audience research and mapping out customer journeys from a content perspective
- Creating content guidelines that clearly communicate message, tone, voice and presentation style
- Guiding the production and publishing of digital marketing assets, including blog posts, eBooks, infographics, social posts, emails, digital ads, and more.
- Recommending valuable and relevant content themes based on strategic findings and current analytics
- Determining relevant success metrics to track campaign success
- Conducting periodic strategic content assessments to identify content opportunities in support of user needs and business value
- Conduct SEO analysis to determine current keyword opportunities and assess competitors
- Make website and campaign structure and feature recommendations to improve user experience and optimize lead conversion
Conduct routine check-ins with clients to review their campaigns and identify future opportunities
Analyze data to determine impact of content marketing efforts and make recommendations for tactical adjustments
Provide input on creating and refining strategy products
Lead and/or participate in brainstorms and idea generation exercises, internally with colleagues and externally with clients and other stakeholders
Understand the core tenets of storytelling - both in the execution of projects and for client communication
Stay current with trends and news in the digital content marketing space
Serve as a content marketing thought leader (author blog posts, attend conferences, etc.)
Collaborate with internal teams to create client and prospect solutions
Participate in new business presentations with client prospects
Participate in discovery sessions, discussions, reviews and meetings
