Job Overview
The Digital Creative is a member of the in-house Creative Studio within the Brand Marketing team at Fairview. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to concept, develop and deliver integrated creative solutions across multiple channels––including digital media, video, social content, print/collateral, photography, signage, presentations and events. This role will work collaboratively with internal and external partners, leadership, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, insight-led multi-channel creative solutions that drive greater awareness, consideration and intent of Fairview as a health system and help to improve the overall healthcare experience for patients and employees.
You will be responsible for concepting, developing and producing engaging and impactful digital content that supports the health system's strategic brand and business goals, while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker and problem solver, with strong conceptual design skills, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for developing and producing, and executing creative across an array of mediums.
Reporting to the Director Integrated Creative, this role will serve as a day-to-day "go-to" for creative assignments that require the application of strategy, design, copy and multi-media executional skills with a systems-thinking mindset. This position requires creative versatility, a collaborative spirit, desire to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, high-impact team environment.
