Digital Designer Lead needed to work in Chicago, Illinois to lead the creative efforts on client architecture and interior design projects which includes conceptual design (both interior and exterior), presentations, programming, schematic design, and design development. Create visual concepts and design using integrated technology and digital content in physical spaces. Collaborate with digital strategy teams to develop graphic designs using software based on trend research and presentations. Work with team members that include design directors and strategy directors to promote an inter-disciplinary design approach and philosophy. Lead the creative efforts on client architecture and interior design projects which includes conceptual design (both interior and exterior), presentations, programming, schematic design, design development, and construction documents and construction administration. Prepare and share design concepts through presentations.

Your Qualifications:

Must have a Master’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related field, plus two (2) years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Brand Designer, Interior Designer or related position.

The two (2) years of experience must include experience with the following:

  • (1) Adobe After Effects & Premiere, Maxon Cinema 4D, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign);
  • (2) Generating Video Content (editing footage and creating motion graphics), 2D drawings (conceptual drawings and construction documentation) and 3D models using Cinema 4D or SketchUp for law firm, technology, not-for-profit, government OR financial service firms;
  • (3) Developing two dimensional prints to motion graphics and video; and
  • (4) Concept design sketches including hand sketching.

In the alternative, we will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related field, plus five (5) years of progressive post-bachelor’s degree experience as a Graphic Designer, Brand Designer, Interior Designer or related position. Two (2) years of the five (5) years of experience, must include experience with the following:

  • (1) Adobe After Effects & Premiere, Maxon Cinema 4D, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign);
  • (2) Generating Video Content (editing footage and creating motion graphics), 2D drawings (conceptual drawings and construction documentation) and 3D models using Cinema 4D or SketchUp for law firm, technology, not-for-profit, government OR financial service firms;
  • (3) Developing two dimensional prints to motion graphics and video; and
  • (4) Concept design sketches including hand sketching. All experience may be acquired concurrently.
