We are looking for an individual who is excited by design and technology trends and encourage innovative thinking. The individual in this role will be a critical part of the Marketing team, supporting the organization through all digital channels including team websites and mobile apps. This position will assist from the research and design phase all the way to the development stage as well as completing daily maintenance on the digital properties for the organization.

What would you do?

  • Maintain all digital channels daily and assist in keeping content and marketing campaigns as up to date as possible. 
  • Design, build, and maintain effective, responsive, and high-performing experiences taking a mobile-first approach 
  • Develop highly usable websites and campaign landing pages essential to the needs of the organization from start to finish including the research, process and design stages. 
  • Work with all departments on digital presence, including support of Corporate Partnerships, and Marketing efforts. 
  • Develop and research new strategies and technology to support web and mobile app traffic and analytics.
  • Execute marketing and sales strategies seamlessly through the digital properties.

What are your proficiencies or equivalent experiences?

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal, must be to communicate with peers, partners, and management 
  • A deep understanding of UI/UX, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator) is required.
  • Proficient with writing semantic markup and well-formed HTML.
  • Experience with Javascript, CSS and API’s.
  • Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to work well on a team and independently as well as an understanding to manage specific processes and tasks in the department under supervision.
