Job Title: Digital Engagement Specialist

To: Digital Engagement Manager 

The Digital Engagement Specialist will be responsible for executing our e-coupons, rewards programs and vendor monetization across our digital channels. By using guest data, the Digital Engagement Specialist will execute incentives to our guests and gather the results. This role will be responsible for resolving guest issues related to the programs while continuing to test platform capabilities.


  • Utilize a content pool of eCoupons, gas rewards, weekly ad offers, recipes, vendor offers and events to develop timely, relevant content for our guest across all digital channels 
  • Write and edit strategic content with clear calls-to-action for our guests to drive engagement with our brand, drive in-store sales or place a Click N Go order 
  • Develop video, images, recipes and text to support the content plan that is ADA compliant, allowing our guests with disabilities access our content 
  • Monitor content performance to optimize future initiatives for best engagement 
  • Partners with internal departments, vendors and marketing agencies to repurpose existing content for efficiencies 
  • Checking social and digital accounts for daily alerts and mentions, responding accordingly to engage with our guest 
  • Initiates strategic integration of relevant food- and nutrition-related content across various marketing and communications channels. 
  • Contributes to the Mealtime Mentors program by providing food- and nutrition-related services to guests and associates 
  • Develops and maintains relationships with local health care, businesses, community groups, universities and industry partners as a resource for content development and opportunities to bring Festival brand into the community


  • 1-3 years’ experience in digital loyalty programs 
  • Strong customer centric mindset 
  • Technical know-how of loyalty platforms 
  • Strong ability for prioritizing issues 
  • Analytical interpretation of offer engagement 
  • Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast pace environment and self-starter

  • Sitting at a computer 90% of the time 
  • Bending, stretching and occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. is required

This is a salaried, full-time position. Given the 24/7 nature of digital marketing, this position may work irregular hours as needed; must be available nights, weekends and holidays to handle any issues that may arise.
