Stuartco is looking for a Digital Graphic Designer to work at our corporate office!

The Digital Graphic Designer is responsible for bringing our brands to life through digital collateral, email marketing, website design, desktop, mobile, and online experience and will ensure that the integrity of the brands is present in all facets. This fast-paced role helps strategize and execute content design to engage prospective renters and current residents as well as existing and future employees. The position reports to the Director of Marketing and is a collaborating member of an energetic in-house marketing team.

This positon will be full time, 8:00am-4:30pm.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Collaborate with Director, in-house marketing team, and property teams to identify and implement innovative marketing strategies. 
  • Project management from request to concept to production across multimedia channels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a variety of styles and levels of development. 
  • Excellent grasp of trending design and ability to stretch creatively with each new project while adhering to the integrity of the brands and company objectives. 
  • Perform content/design updates and make recommendations for corporate and property websites across multiple website platforms. 
  • Execute design and delivery of branded email campaigns. 
  • Create digital collateral including print and online brochures, banners, social campaigns, logos, etc. 
  • Manage digital library including professional photography, stock images, logos and more (DAM experience a plus). 
  • Create compelling campaigns through excellent use of typography, color, and photography.
  • Troubleshoot and test media formats and website functionality across multiple platforms.
  • Design and manage print resources for corporate brand and properties. 
  • Manage vendor partnerships for outsourcing of print projects, photography and branded products. 
  • Identify trends and insights and evaluate emerging technologies for use in ongoing recommendations. 
  • Continue to develop innovative design skills through use of networks, resources, and education opportunities.

Job Standards:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Arts or related discipline. 
  • 5+ years’ experience in digital design and branding; in-house or in-agency. 
  • Extensive typography, color/font selection, and photo editing skills. 
  • Extensive use of Adobe Suite – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop. 
  • Extensive experience with website design using CMS platforms, WordPress, and basic CRM platform. 
  • Extensive experience designing and deploying automated and email campaigns using MailChimp. 
  • Strong experience with email collection tactics, and list build/management. 
  • Strong experience in designing for social media marketing. 
  • Proven success in the development of digital campaigns, both as stand-alone marketing programs or as part of an integrated marketing program. 
  • Knowledge of user experience best practices. 
  • Troubleshooting experience in web design issues, multiple platform testing (browser, device, etc.). 
  • Capable of articulating and presenting creative ideas and recommendations to stakeholders. 
  • Desire to work in a collaborative, innovative, corporate environment for a Top Workplace. 
  • Self-starter, organized, and able to prioritize projects and workflow based on business needs (use of Asana a plus). 
  • Proficient skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
