Position is responsible for digital content creation of promotional materials, sales literature, product merchandising tools, advertising and interactive experiences. Position responsibilities include creating 3D computer-generated virtual renderings to communicate design/product intent, ideating unique design visions leading their execution across a broad range of digital artefacts, acting as a visual storyteller through the development of dynamic presentations and managing deadlines while handling various projects simultaneously. Position is responsible for digital design support to internal departments and outside agencies and suppliers based on company branding, strategies and marketing plans. Design work will be achieved using industry standard computer graphics software in a Mac environment, as well as 2D and 3D software. Successful work to be done with 2D and 3D modeling/animation, 3D scene optimization, social media content creation, story-driven presentation development, digital graphic design and product prototyping/mock-up building. Position is responsible for translating business goals and product initiatives into visuals to communicate complex ideas in a simple and memorable way.

What you'll do:

  • Prototype products through 2D or 3D modeling/animation, 3D printing, physical mock-up building, packaging dieline development, 3D scene optimization (lighting, VR, etc.) and creating on trend package designs. 
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations including use of multiple masters, color themes, animations, actions, and video. Translate research data visually into actionable insights and recommendations through story-driven interactive presentations. 
  • Create digital promotional materials, sales literature, advertising, product merchandising tools, and interactive experiences. 
  • Generate the visual requirements for social media platforms including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. 
  • Utilize internal resources and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting or exceeding tight deadlines. 
  • Learn on the fly, stay current on latest digital media trends, and experiment with new design, modeling and animation techniques. 
  • Bridge the gap between creative design services and software architecture to deliver futuristic solutions that support Schreiber’s innovation strategy and pipeline. 
  • Participate in and contribute to organizational, department and team meetings, as well as brainstorming and design feedback sessions. 
  • Focus on company growth by setting strong business goals, assuring alignment with leadership and corporate strategies, and identifying and suggesting ways to improve current processes and systems. 
  • Focus on individual growth by meeting regularly with leaders, developing a network within the organization and the industry, attending training opportunities, and creating Individual Development Plans.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred in 3D Arts, Prototyping or a related field 
  • 3-5 years experience in digital content creation 
  • Work will demonstrate strong creativity, stylistic breadth, knowledge of design and digital trends, and innovative thinking. 
  • Must be highly proficient in 3D and 2D modeling programs such as rendering software (Modo, Maya, Cinema 4D and/or Rhino), Unity-Augmented Reality, 3D animation and 3D printing. 
  • Must be highly proficient in PowerPoint interactive presentation development including use of multiple masters, color themes, animations, actions and video. 
  • Must be fully competent in the Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat. 
  • Must be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of visual requirements for social media platforms and online product merchandising. 
  • Must be able to learn project management system software used throughout the department. 
  • High degree of creativity and innovative thinking required. 
  • Must be able to develop digital promotional materials, sales materials, package designs and package prototypes from researching of requirements to conceptualization/comp to final artwork. 
  • Must exhibit stylistic breadth, attention to detail, and balance aesthetics, innovation and usability. 
  • Must be able to provide and accept constructive feedback regarding design work. 
  • Must be self-directed and possess the ability to complete tasks with limited direction. Must be able to work independently and on teams. 
  • Strong communication skills and exceptional customer service skills is a must. 
  • Ability to work hard with a positive attitude and high-energy in a fun team environment required.
