This position involves providing support in our corporate photo studio business, through maintaining key strategies, processes and technology required to effectively capture, distribute, retouch, track, house and archive creative assets in our global environment. Manages cross-channel Digital Imaging day-to-day processes as assigned.

Successful candidates will have the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • Provide key support in driving process execution and alignment to all selling channel requirements under the direction of the Studio Services Manager and Lead Senior Digital Imaging Specialist. 
  • Participate in cost control initiatives and investment opportunities that allow workflow optimization within Creative Operations. 
  • Collaborate with Studio Services Manager, Lead Senior Digital Imaging Specialist, and with internal clients in various departments to ensure setting a clear path for meeting key process and image output expectations. 
  • Partner with Creative Operations (Director/Studio Services Manager) to effectively implement current technology and industry trends, within the competitive marketplace. 
  • Uses knowledge of color and file mark-up to determine and perform color modifications. 
  • Will also make image modifications that follow specific direction provided by Senior Digital Imaging Specialist and/or LE production staff.

Essential Skills:

  • 2+ years of color retouching experience on color critical jobs in a commercial environment. 
  • 3+ years of previous experience in Adobe Photoshop for Macintosh. Two years in Adobe InDesign. 
  • Provide excellent workplace focus and execution using a collaborative nature and results orientated approach to both strategic and daily task assignments. 
  • Maintain flawless execution by monitoring and maintaining adherence to process milestones where controllable. Work with leadership team to collaboratively flex the milestones to improve the final outcome, when the business needs arise. 
  • Verbal communication skills required. Ability to explain technical information clearly. Customer service skills are critical. 
  • Organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize multiple responsibilities are crucial. 
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial.
