Digital Marketer & Video Producer

We’re looking for a Digital Marketer and Video Producer - all in one talented person!

An organized, personable leader who can create, schedule and execute digital campaigns for internal Backflip marketing purposes and for our clients.

A video producer who can work with creative directors and executive producers to define and win jobs with clients, handle the myriad of pre-production details, manage the shoot day, and help guide the editors with post-production to deliver another awesome video.

Backflip is a creative marketing studio on the east side of Madison, trying to bring more truth, goodness, and beauty into the world—one project at a time.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Media or related

Experience:

3+ years of Digital Marketing experience required. Producing and video production experience a big plus, but we can train the right person with aptitude and superstar capability for this. : )

Exceptional and demonstrable skill in:

• High aptitude, desire and experience to fulfill the role of producer in video production
• Social Media and Content Marketing - Manage Backflip and client’s social media including Websites, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, MailChimp, Hubspot, Email etc. 
• Creating campaigns; designing/collaborating with designers, writing and working with writers, and scheduling posts 
• Thorough understanding of market developments, strategies and best practices
• Conducting monthly reporting. Plans and implements campaigns to increase traffic to websites and ROI on purchased platforms
• Analysis for all channels, Google Analytics, SEO & PPC, etc. 
• Creative problem solving, gumption, helpful team player 
• High level, empathetic customer service and effective communication
• Self-driven, organized & detail oriented
