We are seeking a Digital Marketer to support our growing mid-market B2B client base. This person will be part of an integrated team, supporting a broad range of executions and channels. The ideal candidate has digital marketing experience as well as strong research, analytical, and project management skills. A strong sense of curiosity and interest in evolving digital trends is a must as we evolve client programs utilizing emerging technologies, marketing automation platforms and data aggregation tools.

You will be a valued member of our team, interacting closely with cross-functional agency teams. Real hands-on experience across a range of clients and industries offers significant opportunities to grow professionally.

  • Coordinate and execute multi-channel digital marketing and advertising programs. Google certifications are a plus. 
  • Develop monthly and quarterly digital reports and provide actionable insights.
  • Perform SEO and content audits, conducting keyword research to guide messaging development. 
  • Guide digital advertising program executions that will effectively reach and engage target audiences most important to client success. 
  • Integration of social media and content marketing programs, including the scheduling of distribution, content messaging recommendations based on data-driven insights as well as aggregated performance reporting.
  • Support management of campaigns using marketing automation platforms like SharpSpring and Zoho.
  • Conduct industry-specific research to ensure client programs are at the forefront of trends, and effectively utilize digital channels to gain a competitive advantage.
  • Partner with Client Services team to manage external vendor relationships to ensure objectives are met.
  • Attend and actively participate in client-related strategy and brainstorming sessions.

 

  • A bachelor’s or two-year certification in a related field. 
  • Two to three years of professional experience in digital marketing. 
  • Experience working with B2B mid-market companies is a plus. 
  • Proven ability to execute multi-channel programs including SEM, behavioral advertising, email marketing and social media, as well as the aggregation and analysis of data. Google certifications are a plus. 
  • Strong problem solving and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  • Proficient in Social Media platforms and MS Office, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 
  • Experience with CRM/marketing automation software programs and processes. (e.g., SharpSpring, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) 
  • Ongoing curiosity and passion for emerging digital trends and how to apply them. 
  • A strong team player, excited to collaborate, and enjoy doing what it takes to drive client and agency success.
