We’re looking for a proactive, detail-obsessed Digital Marketing Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes full ownership of their accounts. This role requires someone who doesn’t just follow directions—but leads the charge. If you're the kind of person who instinctively creates timelines, anticipates client needs, and keeps your team aligned and accountable without being asked, we want to meet you.

You’ll report directly to our Director of Operations and are expected to raise key updates as they come in. Your ability to assess new information, identify the next step, and confidently take action will be critical to your success in this role.

As the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams, you'll drive strategy, guide execution, and ensure results. The ideal candidate is both a meticulous project manager and a strong communicator who can distill complex campaign data into clear, compelling narratives.

  • Own the client relationship — Serve as the go-to point of contact for clients, building trust through responsiveness, consistency, follow-through on deliverables, and strategic insight. Clear, proactive communication is essential—you’ll ensure clients always know what’s happening, what’s next, and that their goals are being prioritized.

  • Project manage like a pro — Create and manage timelines, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, on budget, and with excellence. You’ll own Asana organization—capturing client requests, documenting meeting notes, and translating action items into clear, trackable tasks for the team.

  • Take initiative — Respond immediately to client needs (e.g., budget changes, new requests) and proactively move projects forward without waiting to be told. You’ll ensure all relevant team members are looped in and all impacted platforms, documents, and tasks are updated accordingly—nothing falls through the cracks.

  • Guide the team — You are the anchor on each account. The team looks to you for direction, clarity, and accountability. You’ll ensure everyone is aligned, timelines are met, details are clear, and nothing stalls—keeping projects moving forward with confidence and control.

  • Monitor performance — Stay closely connected to campaign performance throughout the month by collaborating with the team, ensuring efforts align with client goals. You'll surface key updates, suggest or request optimizations, and clearly communicate insights and next steps to the client.

  • Report with purpose — Deliver reports on time and with intention—breaking down performance metrics into clear, meaningful insights that show value and drive strategic conversations. Your reporting builds trust, reinforces the relationship, and helps clients understand not just what happened, but why it matters and what’s next.

  • Stay sharp and stay curious — Dive into trends, explore rabbit holes, and bring fresh ideas to the table. We value team members who are eager to keep learning—and who share what they learn. Your curiosity fuels better strategy, stronger results, and helps all of us grow together.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a core focus on project and account management. You’re not just comfortable with timelines and task tracking—you thrive in it.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills—you're the kind of person who sees what others miss and ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently. You know how to prioritize, delegate, and keep everything on track without constant oversight.
  • Strong project ownership and instinct—you recognize what needs to happen next, take initiative, and keep things moving without waiting for direction.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a knack for breaking down complexity and building trust with clients and teammates alike.
  • Familiarity with core digital marketing channels (PPC, paid social, SEO), and platforms such as Gmail, Microsoft Office Suite, and reporting tools.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (i.e. Asana) you know how to build, maintain, and optimize project boards to keep teams aligned.
  • Confidence in reporting to leadership with transparency, accountability, and strategic insight.
