Digital Marketing & Graphic Designer

Digital Marketing and Graphic Designer:

Reports to the marketing manager. A unique marketing and design position that requires candidates to be a self-starter and able to multi-task. This role will require marketing skills, graphic design skills, great communication, and some writing.

You will be a part of a growing company so the ideal candidate will have interest in working with teams to develop and implement new processes and relationships with the branches of Novus that exist throughout the US. Novus is an innovative, forward thinking company, and want to hire like-minded individuals.

Daily tasks will include: onboarding tasks, managing a CRM, creating email signatures, welcome emails, PowerPoint design and more. Novus is rapidly growing and needs a candidate that is engaged with brand development.

Long-term projects include developing and designing of: digital and print marketing campaigns, social media campaigns,  event planning (innovative thinking that allows safe and healthy practices), apparel design, and ordering content for flyers and emails.

• 1 year experience (including internships) 
• Ability to multi-task 
• Self-starter and able to work independently 
• Knowledge of Adobe Suite 
• Knowledge of CRM 
• Knowledge of HTML & digital design process 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Teams & Shared drives 
• Team player
