Digital Marketing & Insights Associate Manager

We are looking for a high-energy Digital Marketing & Insights Associate Manager to join our story. This is a new and highly data-driven role where you can influence the evolution of our growth marketing strategy.

As the Digital Marketing & Insights Associate Manager, you’ll perform analyses leveraging digital tools (such as Google Analytics), adding insights to the user journey. You’ll create dashboards to track metrics and conduct ROI analysis to assess success. In the pursuit of “why”, you’ll develop A/B & multivariate tests to optimize customer acquisition and retention.

You’ll bring these hypotheses and key findings to life through full-funnel digital marketing projects. You’ll provide oversight and execute full-funnel growth marketing campaigns, such as SEM, SEO, portfolio, and promotional strategies in the pursuit of uncovering insights. You’ll bring your experience in Google platforms by overseeing our Google suite, including Google AdWords, GTM (Google Tag Manager), Google Analytics (including setup such as event tracking), and UTM tagging best practices.

Most importantly, you’ll bring your love to scale and learn, craft data into visual storytelling, and are comfortable with presenting and championing your ideas. You have made personal contributions/recommendations/insights to projects that have impacted an increase in KPIs (key performance indicators.)You know how to present professionally and can articulate your strategies and ideas to groups of people who are not as familiar with the technology/digital space.

Leading the Way (Roles and Responsibilities):

  • Perform analyses leveraging analytics tools (such as Google Analytics), adding insights to the sales funnel and growth model. 
  • Create dashboards to track metrics and to be communicated internally and externally. 
  • Oversee our Google suite including Google AdWords, GTM (Google Tag Manager), Google Analytics, UTM tagging, and additional Google platforms you bring onboard. 
  • Execute growth campaigns (including SEM, portfolio, promotion, and review-based strategies) to quickly uncover insights and provide recommendations for optimizations, including but not limited to keyword, content, and landing page recommendations. 
  • Capture results and conduct metrics and ROI analysis to assess success and inform product and marketing development. 
  • Develop A/B & Multivariate tests to optimize customer acquisition and retention. 
  • Assist in SEO strategy execution including backlinking and referral strategy development. 
  • Build a growth backlog of experiments to drive quick wins and efficient ROI. 
  • Showcase your strategic thinking skillset and breakdown and organize problems, assess opportunity areas, and develop big ideas and priorities to move the business forward. 
  • Build relationships and engage with outside agencies as needed

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 4+ Years’ Experience in Digital Marketing and/or Analyst role 
  • Expert knowledge of digital marketing analytics, preferably with Google suite, heat mapping, and/or other analytics tools. 
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging data with ease; identifying trends and analyzing insights then responding decisively to drive measurable results 
  • Understanding of various digital marketing channels - paid acquisition, social media, SEO, email, etc. 
  • Knowledge of PowerBI/Google Data Studio and/or similar data visualization. 
  • A team-first attitude with strong self-awareness to openly share and receive feedback and to never stop learning and improving. 
  • Inventive – Comes up with novel ideas and approaches to new opportunities that set us apart from the crowd and result in exceptional performance 
  • Pragmatic – Does not reinvent the wheel once something works and figures out how to scale processes and practices that drive efficiency and effectiveness

  • Experienced marketer to drive innovation and differentiation while executing work within scope, time, and budget 
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CMS (content management system, and Sitecore a plus
