SEEKING A MARKETING ANALYTIC MASTERMIND
We are looking for a high-energy Digital Marketing & Insights Associate Manager to join our story. This is a new and highly data-driven role where you can influence the evolution of our growth marketing strategy.
As the Digital Marketing & Insights Associate Manager, you’ll perform analyses leveraging digital tools (such as Google Analytics), adding insights to the user journey. You’ll create dashboards to track metrics and conduct ROI analysis to assess success. In the pursuit of “why”, you’ll develop A/B & multivariate tests to optimize customer acquisition and retention.
You’ll bring these hypotheses and key findings to life through full-funnel digital marketing projects. You’ll provide oversight and execute full-funnel growth marketing campaigns, such as SEM, SEO, portfolio, and promotional strategies in the pursuit of uncovering insights. You’ll bring your experience in Google platforms by overseeing our Google suite, including Google AdWords, GTM (Google Tag Manager), Google Analytics (including setup such as event tracking), and UTM tagging best practices.
Most importantly, you’ll bring your love to scale and learn, craft data into visual storytelling, and are comfortable with presenting and championing your ideas. You have made personal contributions/recommendations/insights to projects that have impacted an increase in KPIs (key performance indicators.)You know how to present professionally and can articulate your strategies and ideas to groups of people who are not as familiar with the technology/digital space.
