The Digital Marketing Communications Intern will be part of our global Hygiene, Health and Consumable (HHC) Adhesives Product Management and Marketing (PM&M) team, located at the Willow Lake campus in Vadnais Heights. The HHC PM&M team is responsible for market research and voice of customer, product line segmentation strategies, development of content for demand generation and customer e-learning, new product development and commercialization, brand management and strategy, live and virtual event management, and execution and measurement of marketing communication plans.

While working through the assigned projects, the intern will partner with marketers, sales professionals, and key business partners. The intern will demonstrate project management skills, learn how different functions collaborate to help drive growth opportunities in the market, develop relationships, think strategically and creatively, request and give feedback. The types of projects the intern will be working on are as follows:

  • Creation of content pieces to support marketing campaigns, product launches, or customer e-learning (social media posts, email marketing campaigns, sales sheets, sales presentations, blogs, videos, etc.). 
  • Managing delivery of content to sales teams or via digital channels and measure the impact. 
  • Promoting our e-Learning customer portal to key customers by working with the Strategic Account Managers (SAMs) to load the right content, create certification or gamification options, and creation and execution of a marketing plan for e-Learning to the customer.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, Communications or related field to be completed between December 2021 – June 2023 
  • Must have a 3.0 or higher cumulative GPA 
  • Must be detailed oriented, and able to be a self-starter in order to complete projects 
  • Must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) 
  • Prefer someone who has experience with graphic design or video editing software.
