The group’s core venues are The Pabst Theater, The Riverside Theater, Turner Hall Ballroom and The Back Room @ Colectivo (in partnership with Colectivo Coffee), and the company has produced special events at Cathedral Square Park, Discovery World, BMO Harris Pavilion, BMO Harris Bradley Center, and Fiserv Forum.

Digital Marketing Coordinator (TEMPORARY)

The Pabst Theater Group is looking for an experienced digital marketer with a passion for live music and entertainment, who will work with the team to produce events from initial confirmation to show time.

This is a full time / temporary position (3-4 months in duration).

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manages strategic plan for creative imaging and communication of all events, products, and general branding campaigns. 
  • Leads all digital marketing efforts. 
  • Develops / writes content for Social Media (All Platforms)
  • Placement of digital advertising and organic messaging (All Platforms)
  • Develops and maintains eMail marketing schedule - copywriting, content organization Updates and administers weekly calendar of all scheduled social media activity
  • Communicates with Artist management / social contacts, follows guidelines
  • Develops and executes Night of Concert social engagement plans - Some evening hours will be required 
  • Ensures that all messages are supportive of and consistent with marketing strategies 
  • Maintains awareness of media, sponsors / and promotional partners' social activity 
  • Additional duties as assigned

Education and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in social media / digital marketing 

Skills and Specifications:

  • Strong Copywriter and Editor
  • Proficient with Facebook and Ads Manager
  • Proficient with Social media posting (All Platforms)
  • Proficient with Google Ads, and Google Analytics, and Best Practices
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Excel
  • Understanding of event marketing principles
  • Bonus points for Ticketing experience (Etix, Ticketmaster, etc.)
  • Good team player able to meet and exceed Marketing department goals
  • Ability to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to think outside the box, apply creativity and show initiative
  • Hourly wage will be consumerate with experience
