Digital Marketing Coordinator
Northeast Wisconsin
Appleton, WI

The Digital Marketing Coordinator is a newly created position for our growing team. We are looking for a goal-oriented and driven digital marketing coordinator to support and optimize our organization’s digital marketing projects. The role of this position is to create and organize social media marketing campaigns on multiple digital platforms, create online content for various clientele, analyze digital marketing trends, manage campaigns, and assist with reports.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Execute social media strategies for A2Z and our clients to increase awareness and engagement across a variety of social channels. Work includes developing content calendars, content creation and scheduling, monitoring, and reporting 
  • Oversee A2Z social media accounts 
  • Assist with content creation for email marketing and digital ad campaigns for A2Z and our clients 
  • Implement and monitor Google ad campaigns for A2Z and our clients 
  • Analyze metrics and data to make recommendations 
  • Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, including social media management (paid and organic) and email marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar background 
  • Comprehensive understanding of social media best practices and trends 
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics 
  • Strong writing and verbal skills 
  • Solid analytical, problem-solving and execution skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Creative, results-driven, goal-oriented, organized and ability to meet deadlines 
  • Positive personality with a great work ethic; dependable and trustworthy 
  • Able to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment 

Preferred, but not required:

  • Experience in SEO, SEM, PPC, display and retargeting 
  • Knowledge and experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms 
  • Agency experience
