This ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, has strong communication skills, and can manage multiple projects.

POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, ASQExcellence’s Digital Marketing Coordinator will work cross-functionally with internal marketing teams and external partners to support acquisition and retention across multiple channels by assisting in campaign activation and execution. This ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, has strong communication skills, and can manage multiple projects.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS

  • Assists in the creation, execution, and optimization of content & campaigns across digital marketing channels including email, social media, and paid search.
  • Strong collaboration with ASQ marketing partners, external marketing partners, vendors, other staff as necessary to coordinate and assist with the execution of strategic marketing plans and campaigns, including managing and securing placement and distributing assets, and providing overall marketing support.
  • Support a variety of A/B tests within marketing campaigns to uncover useful insights that contribute to business goals and media optimization 
  • Assists with analyzing and reporting marketing effectiveness including utilizing data visualization tools.
  • Manages reports and dashboards to provide analysis of team and overall business performance and opportunities, along with running ad hoc reports and analysis for stakeholders throughout the business.
  • Provides support in preparing presentations. 
  • Coordinates problem-solving activities; handles elevated matters.
  • Ensures timely delivery of ASQE’s communications through ASQE’s marketing automation platform or other channels to identified target audiences. Assists with identifying appropriate audience targeting, compiling marketing lists, and overseeing updating CRM lists into media platforms.
  • Maintains and manages marketing plan timelines and calendars to ensure campaigns are executed within established deadlines.
  • Adheres to ASQE Competencies: Accountability, Communication, Continuous Improvement, Developing Self and Staff, Ethics and Teamwork. 
  • All other duties as assigned. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communication or related major and 3-5 years of digital marketing experience or an equivalent combination.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of digital/social performance marketing channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Email, and other digital channels.
  • Understanding of marketing analytics and tools such as Google Analytics, etc. Some experience with Adobe Creative Suites programs (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and copywriting skills are a plus.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Work Condition: Hybrid Office Environment reporting 2+ days per week in person.
