HNI Corporation, an industry leader in office furniture design and manufacturing is in search of a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Chicago, IL or Muscatine, IA!

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting HNI’s digital marketing and business capabilities. As a key, strategic hire in a new department, you will support in projects across the organization to enhance social media, enable marketing automation and evolve our digital assets.

If you consider yourself an entrepreneurial spirit, have keen instincts for the right solutions at the intersection of customer experience, marketing and technology, this highly visible role at HNI might be a fit for you.

What you will do:

  • Develop and execute social calendars, content and assets 
  • Create digital media – SEM, online banners, online video 
  • Project manage by working with cross-functional teams to track timelines, costs and deliverables 
  • Writing concise and eye-catching copy to be used for lead generation campaigns 
  • Closely monitoring the progress of campaigns from launch to completion while working alongside other stakeholders 
  • Develop strategies to use for web, social & other digital channels in a multi-channel digital marketing plan 
  • Support website content, SEO and analytics

Who you are:

  • Thorough knowledge of social channels 
  • Organizational skills 
  • Time management and project management skills 
  • Technical capacity in Adobe a plus 
  • Minimum of 1-2 years Social Marketing and/or Digital Media
